Godaddy and cloudflare have TOS that basically says your site goes down while a DMCA investigation takes place. This site is behind cloudflare, you can issue complaints with them as well.īasically everyone between you and the asshats stealing your work has a legal responsibility to respond to your DMCA claim by either alerting the site owner, or removing their services. You can issue the complaint with go-daddy as they are the registrar of the domain, and they have to forward it to the site. ![]() While you can pay to have your who-is information private, you can generally find the hosting provider etc. You can issue a DMCA claim against each of those other sites, if they don't respond, you can go above them and issue the claim against their hosting providers. ![]()
